Pros

The pay is ok, but sad to think that I spend so much time there to only consider it a pay check. Glad I get to work from home, so I don't have to walk through a "cemetary" every day.

Cons

Where to start? There is no future career here. Any entry level position is expendable, I have seen several good people leave both voluntarily and involuntarily. The upper management doesn't serve anybody: Customers continuously complain about underachieving products. The belt is tightened until it cuts off circularion, yes they push and push their employees until there is no life yet. Anyone that pays attention to their stock will know the ship is sinking.

First, let me thank you for everything you do for the company. It sounds like you have been here for some time and experienced a great deal of change. We always appreciate feedback, even if the feedback isn't especially positive. As we have communicated, we're on a path to create a more responsive, efficient organization to better serve our customers and their broad financial needs. Supporting our employees and ensuring that they have the resources and tools they need to be successful continues to be our top priority. At the same time, we want employees to feel appreciated and recognized for their many important contributions. We always welcome suggestions for how we can celebrate the contributions and successes of our employees in new ways. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors .

Pros

They provide good training for new reps, they dont take anyone off the streets when you go into the office everyone is in business attire and liscensed.

Cons

I got the feeling of a MLM scheme, performance is judged and compensation is determined tremendously upon how much people you can get under you and how many people they can under them selves.

Pros

The people in the Plano office are amazing to work with and become like a family to you.

Cons

The company took many years to become flexible and good at working with multiple locations but now they are wanting everyone to be central and if you are not in the right location you are edged out.

We are glad to hear your colleagues are like family to you. We strive to hire only the best. Our efforts to encourage a proper work-life balance is essential and we're happy that the flexible work schedule has been supportive of you and your other obligations. Our Senior Leadership holds regular town hall meetings not to just communicate the direction of a particular area but also the wider business. Through Transcentral (our internet portal), our communities page and regular emails we do try to communicate as much as we can. We appreciate your feedback and wish you much success in your future endeavors.
