Pros

basic pay is 16k, plus 2k allow. , you get 1k appraisal upon regularization. and another 1k upon completing 2000 worked/logged hours.. great place to work at for people who resides in pasig area, and rizal area. great people to work with. TLs are very friendly and approachable, and very supportive.

Cons

One thing I hate about this company is the medical benefit. I'd rate their medical benefit 1* only.. It's very poor... If you're looking for a high paying company go with transcom. but if you're also after great benefits, dont consider transcom

Pros

Company offers a good base to work within a corporate environment with fairly close access to senior mgmt.

Cons

Extremely poor communication between executive and middle mgmt. Poor/non existent benefits and bonuses. Zero internal career progression. no commitment to develop staff to meet long term business objectives. General feeling that mgmt have a lack of understanding in the industry sector or what is really happening with the business.
