Pros

I would say the Pros would be management accountability that there’s a chain of command when you can’t get your team lead to do their job the pay is decent

Cons

Micromanagement from some Team Leads having a Team Lead that’s a sociopath and dismissive definitely contributes to burnout when the team lead is the only person you see and verbally talk yet you can’t stand them. I don’t like that your not trained on functionality of the devices where expected to support its like how can fix something when you don’t know how it should work in the first place not knowing what your doing having information that’s contradicting makes anxiety worse and your not confident in what your saying. Some Team Leads contradict themselves by saying stuff like talk your time and read the articles i care more about you doing things correctly than taking to long to do it then they turn around and say if you ever feel like can’t resolve the issue without having the customer on hold for X amount of time consult tier 2 then you go to tier 2 and they tell the wrong thing to do then who gets the CSAT hit your do which ultimately leads to you losing your job there’s no accountability for what a senior advisor tells you to do everything falls on you then you have to deal with toxic tier 2s that don’t want to do their job and pushback when the article says they should take over this causes advisors to be hesitant to reach out for help which can lead to them doing the wrong thing the training is poor there’s advisors coming out of training that don’t even know how to merge a call sign up for over time etc the they just expect you to learn things along the way also there’s no reason there should be 3 articles for the same issue and all of them say something different with that being said if i follow one of the 3 articles the QA follows different one there going to mark you down smh
