Lack of communication, management more interested in petty issues like how much time someone is logged online, road supervisors making less than those we supervised, backstabbing is a major issue, putting in long hours and working hard and not getting the recognition deserved. Salary exempt employees are treated as if we were hourly employees, and not being paid while on administrative leave despite federal regulations stating otherwise.

Transportation is a tough industry. They need to figure out how to last in this fast changing environment. Like any business, you must stay ahead of the curve.
