Didn't get the contract for operating the trains in Auckland.

Bad pay and benefits, raises are jokes, people are either at this company less than 5 years or 20 + because they are complacent and comfortable. Much of management is extremely incompetent and the systems in place are extremely inefficient. They are hyper cheap and will work people like dogs . No wonder there is over 40% turnover at this company.

Workload, nothing else that I can think about

Be prepared to spend a lot of time at work off the clock because of their break policy

Benefits are not great Nepotism is blatant

Can't get day off can't get properly trained yelled at everyday by 4 ft operation manager who is a joke. They get mad when performance goes red (meaning late for rides/violation) but won't hire anyone or more importantly pay what this job is worth. This job should pay $28 with all is required but only pays $23.49 per hour.

Not veru flexible working arrangements.

toxic work environment; would wake up in hives from the anxiety. Client was never happy.
