There is Nothing good about working for Transdev
Cons
Bad management, over working employees, poor or expensive benefits, Transdev doesn't protect its employees from the client even when the client is wrong or is using the employees on projects they are not trained for. Management is none existent, cold, and does not meet the employees needs.

Family oriented environment, nice and professional supervisors, and trainers. Benefits, 401k, Union membership, dental, etc. are great. With the CDL training, you can go far in the transportation industry, especially with Transdev, anywhere in the world.
Cons
Schedule can be difficult if you have a younger-aged family. But if you have support, the sky is the limit. Schedule can be difficult to find time to eat during the day. You have to manage your time, efficiently, and know yourself well.

Smaller location, learning opportunities are great, the comradery
Cons
Pay is not marketable, benefits not the best (cost), doesn't stand behind their employees (Client always knows best mentality)
