Management is drama, disrespectful and could care less. They're too worried about getting birthday gifts. The attendance policy SUCKS!!! Managers talking about employees to other employees. Breakroom way TOO small

Personal freedom! Get to choose your own schedule with no management pressure.

Cons

Must be willing to make lots of calls in person and on the phone just to reach one interested prospect. No such thing as a steady income with commission only sales - unpredictable.

-Bonus was lucrative if you were a hard worker -Job was easy due to laziness of other coworkers and ability to benefit off of that -Could basically do what you wanted to attendance wise to an extent because policies in place to reprimand employees was by passed by management due to favoritism -Hourly was higher than most collection agencies in the area

Cons

-No recognition for performance -No ability to move vertically within the company -False promises from management -Company policies were rarely enacted on an employee that abused them, no repercussions for employee that repeated offenses -Poor employees always got benefit of the doubt -Favoritism played major role in DOE department
