High turnover in team leads & supervisors. Play favorites that determine where on the phones they stick you. Not by your ability. This affects bonuses. You get graded monthly but they almost never give you a copy of the report card so you have to just trust they give you the correct bonus. You never get a raise. Ever. Starbucks hires in at over a $1 more an hour and we are trusted with sensitive information. But the ppl who made your coffee on the way to the office make more money than you do.
