Pros

It’s remote that is the only pro.

Cons

Where do I start. The lack of support for reps who are already under constant pressure dealing with customers, the micromanaging, the counterproductive system they have where you have to look through articles to find answers to help customers taking up time that they then hold against you and if you ask a question they are no help, they expect to train us in 3 different departments adding onto our work load but not raising pay, no raises no overtime, no recognition nothing! They are quick to pull a call to tell you what you did wrong but not to say wow you handled that so well or you did a good job on that call. I see why they hire in bulk nobody wants to deal with this. This company is a mess they need a new CEO new management something.

Pros

The only mentionable pros for the company are the trainer and being remote.

Cons

I have had a plethora of bad experiences within the company in under two months of working here and advise anyone who looks towards this company due to its remote environment to second guess your decision. - Company waited almost 3 weeks to get us our schedules and upon getting my schedule after informing them of my upcoming school that was cleared and validated as okay with the recruiter(and paid for already). They stated for weeks of training that they would attempt to change my schedule and work on getting me a schedule change prior to start date. Company failed this timeline and completely stopped responding as a whole in regard to the subject and causing me to miss class to work impacting my grades. - Extremely slow response from supervisors on decisions making calls almost impossible and same thing with the support chat they setup. - The manager claims to care about the well-being of the team members but that is a lie, and they will NOT work with you even if it's a life-threatening illness you are still expected to log on and take calls. :) - You are informed during training you have 8 total minutes throughout the day to use the restroom anything further will need to be mentioned to the supervisor. - Supervisors make decisions on something then don't make the actual process clear and get angry when you ask again not knowing the process. - Started training the day after my wedding as the company refused any flexibility in joining a later training class.
