Pros
Direct management team is supportive and engaging Coworkers are, on the whole, wonderful people Decent benefits Good response to Covid-19 Great opportunities and access to speakers for diversity and inclusion
Cons
It feels like the executive leadership, not at the desk level, seem a little out of touch We had meetings following the murder of George Floyd and it felt like there was going to be good focus on improving the lives of our coworkers who are BIPOC. But then it just stopped and there's no reason why. Felt preformative. They also waited a week to acknowledge his murder and check in on those of us in the Twin Cities office. Depending on who you talk to, you may experience discrimination for a lack of college degree. My perception is that my work history and years of experience was disregarded. My biggest con has been the dichotomy of what they present regarding mental health support and work life balance and how they react when you vocalise your struggles. They had offered Talkspace and updated the digital offering to Better Help. They have resources to find an in-person therapist as well. But when your mental help needs or accommodations go beyond that, the script flips and then it's like you're a problem or a burden.
