Good work-life balance. Quality is a priority. There is quite a variety of personalities. Benefits and pay is good.

Cons

Nepotism reigns. Corporate support varies based upon personal preference of the individual at corporate. Management styles vary greatly. Strong "good ol' boys club". Conservative personal values clash with corporate culture. Alcoholics and those with strong morality probably won't be comfortable.
