People work hard and employees work with each other well despite poor treatment from management.

Cons

Current roofing management team communicates poorly (most live out of town). Untrustworthy. Revenue and profit are the only goal.

There's not enough room for everything wrong with Tremco. They hire unsafe techs that get raises instead of disciplinary action. Their way of keeping track of hours worked miles driven is a joke. Guys complain of not getting expense checks for months.

Pros

Fun people to work with. Very laid back atmosphere. Good benefits (pension, 401K, medical, vision, eye, alternative medicine discount). Opportunity to travel. Vacation time when you first start. You can learn a lot if you're under the right people. Pay for schooling related to your position.

Cons

Somewhat disorganized. Some upgrades needed (cubicles, lighting, conference rooms, laboratory etc.). High turnover rate. Management needs work. Hiring the right people for the right positions seems to be difficult.
