Great Training program and Work related advice for new interns and starting workers. Very informative and helpful toward full time job position.

Cons

Some of my management were hard to get a hold of while others were willing to be helpful and give solid advice.

Cares about its employees and opportunities created due to grow. Was a small division of a larger corporation now is a 1.2 billion part of the RPM family of companies. People here care about our customers.

Cons

All the normal growing pains coupled with the yin and yang of centralized and decentralized. Could use a little more sense of urgency.
