Challenging!

Pros

Huge Company. Lots of room to advance or transfer to another position or department. The pay is not too bad. Great coworkers for the most part. Various locations throughout Cincinnati and surrounding areas.

Cons

If your supervisor does not like you, she will make your life miserable. Will not recommend you for a transfer to any new position. She will give other managers or supervisors a bad reference on you if she does not like you making it hard to improve your status within Trihealth. In simple terms, you are held a prisoner of this type of Manager or Supervisor. Lots of favoritism going on here. Basically if your not kissing someone's butt, you are not going anywhere.

Bethesda North Charge Nurse

Pros

Wonderful group of people to work with, they strive to be leaders in the healthcare industry, lots of opportunity to participate in the decision making process if you are interested in putting in the time and effort, big emphasis and support on continuing education especially BSN for nursing

Cons

Management is too far removed from what their staff is dealing with everyday on the floors, merit raises are biased despite the concept of peer review

Pros

Great benefits, free gym access, Xmas parties, wedding & baby showers, occasionally pay for lunch

Cons

The pay is HORRIBLE! I made less than $14/hr with a college degree. Super early mornings (4am) during busy season. Management tells you what you want to hear but never delivers.
