Great benefits, free gym access, Xmas parties, wedding & baby showers, occasionally pay for lunch

Cons

The pay is HORRIBLE! I made less than $14/hr with a college degree. Super early mornings (4am) during busy season. Management tells you what you want to hear but never delivers.

Pros

Stable company stable job many employees have been there for a while. Great if you are in management. I had high expectations coming into the position.

Cons

mundane tasks. little creativity due to steril hospital environment. Low pay and not much chance for vertical movement. I was dissapointed in the position. I felt that I was promised something different. I like to think that in a different position I could have been a bigger fan of the company. I totally agree with an earlier review. TriHealth is okay, but look elsewhere first.

good salary, great teamwork among coworkers, clean working environment, modern equipment

Cons

all communication from middle management was negative, favoritism was very blatant, seemed to have little to do with your experience or technical skill, worst paid time off policies I've ever seen
