Nothing other than lip services like SERVE/ALWAYS BEHAVIOR which are nice slogans not followed in reality

Cons

Hostile environment, abusive behavior, bulling, constantly undermining your abilities to do work with a peaceful mindset, hidden agenda. Unless you love to kiss the managers, you will be treated like a garbage. If you complain, your manager will be notified immediately and will make your life more miserable.

I love the people I work with. They are overworked and have less opportunity to help each other.

Cons

Overworked. No help. Stressed. We went from 16 helping hands to 7. To help the upper management make bonuses.
