Unskilled managers, inconsistent disciplinary management, poor education reimbursement, not transparent with vision & mission. Leadership says one thing but does another. Most of the Executive Leadership is searching for a new position.

The increase and incentives do not make you feel worthy. They usually hire or “move” internally within friend groups. Specifically in management. Management is going through leadership training but it’s only a certification and not necessarily how they behave. If you have a great idea- it only will go forward if management hangs out with you.
