Being able to see any trihealth doctor with no copay or deductible.

Cons

Management was very slow to act on matters. Did shady things.

I honestly can't think of anything good working for this organization.

Cons

The pay is extremely low, management lies all the time. There is no support of each other. Constant gossip and backtalking. West Chester location is horrible. Neurology department is a joke that even doctors won't stay. They put people in charge that shouldn't.

Lot's of opportunities for different job experiences inside a large healthcare system with lots of specialty groups.

Cons

Increasingly a corporate environment that that seeks to homogenize the work force. Patient satisfaction scores and different company mantras are the new norm, seeking to curtail individualism.
