Pros

Great Benefits, PTO, Health, Dental, Vision Funds monthly events to show the employees company appreciation Ask for employees input on how to make positive changes within the company Properly trains new hires Compensates well for travel expenses I have a fantastic CSA Manager and CSA Supervisor who I feel takes time to answer my questions and assist me when needed

Cons

Due to growth, communication to different departments can be difficult. Sometimes I do not know who to go to for a particular issue and get passed around until I find the right department. When returning from PTO I have double the work. *This was addressed in a company survey and they are working on resolving this issue. One possibility is to assign a colleague to assist and complete tasks while employee is on PTO.

Pros

Co-workers are fun to work with.

Cons

CSAs are overloaded with work, and the processes to complete projects put too much administrative strain on them. Other departments are not as responsive to help as they should be. Many have expressed suggestions to management and are met excuses rather than action.

As you note, your co-workers are “fun to work with” and that usually goes hand-in-hand with a helpful attitude. Don’t be afraid to address your concerns with your location’s HR Business Partner or even to avail yourself of our confidential Ethics Hotline if the occasion calls for it. Our intent is to support our colleagues in every way we can to help them succeed.
