Dysfunctional and Toxic Place to Work

Pros

Most of the people are very smart, professional and respectful.

Cons

The executive team sucks - they all hate each other and try to sabotage each other projects, initiatives and goals. They encourage employees to enroll in the ESPP while selling their stock as fast as they can. They spend millions on marketing campaigns and rebranding while rewarding their employees w 1% merit increases and meager bonuses if any at all.
