Wonderful benefits. Great starting pay. Opportunity to advance.

Cons

Heavy workload, Frequent management changes (rotations), unclear expectations. Processes weren't cohesive or streamlined as new companies were acquired. High pressure work environment.

Good Pay and Benefits upfront.

Cons

Impossible Deadlines, no real system on how to process errors in Salesforce and H&R Prod, Unprofessional bosses, you as a employee will not matter, only your production of over 1000 payrolls will, if you make 6 errors in 12 month span, you will be terminated no matter if you are learning the job or not. They will hold every single error against you, no matter big or small.
