Pros

The majority of colleagues are reliable and passionate about their job. It is truly the employees that have made TriNet what it is.

Cons

Managers need training on how to be a leader. If you don't have a manager who is proactive in help ing you attain your IDP then good luck. Another thing is that for a PEO the internal HR department is severely lacking. How can you have upper management professionals being investigated for things like harassment multiple times and still employ them.

Pros

The day to day job is very rewarding because you are able to advise small business leaders about issues they often aren't aware of and help them be proactive in protecting their business. If you are truly a Sales Professional, apply here.

Cons

Like any growing company, TriNet is hiring quickly and sometimes they give chances to individuals that aren't qualified or prepared for the intensity of the work place. Setting expectations for this job is not easy and so sometimes the under qualified leave unhappy.

Pros

Benefit packages, tuition reimbursement, job advancement if you're goal-oriented, high touch communication with your direct manager.

Cons

The platform. The company is supposed to be leading in the technology field yet the platform has errors on a daily basis. Errors are both internal and external so clients see them and constantly complain. The internal service model. Client facing departments are dependent on other internal departments to get certain things completed. This often is delayed due to high volume requests to those teams. Project execution. Some projects are carried out well, but some are poorly thought out and had no input from the departments they directly affect.
