Pros

Great benefits Great CEO Mostly OK co-workers

Cons

70 hour work week Unrealistic client assignments up to 200 per consultant isn’t reasonable. Like most companies DEI is performative lip service on a scale of 0-5 they rate a 0. After I made a complaint about racists comments during team mtg I was eventually fired. Low salaries and minuscule 2% merit increases.
