Pros

1. Fulfillment. Everyday I assist small and medium sized companies save money and keep in compliance with state and federal law. 2. Compensation. High salary, great commissions, quarterly bonuses. 3. Interesting. We service the most innovative technology companies with the best ideas in the country. We service non profits that really make a difference. We work with successful financial firms that care and want to give back to their employees. 4. Support. Co-workers, Managers and Executives are ALWAYS available to lend a helping hand and give what ever support you need to get the job done.

Cons

1. Long hours 2. Pressure 3. Stress (everything that comes along with a high intensity sales job)

Pros

Other areas of the company are solid - stay away from IT New facility design in San Leandro People want to do the right thing CEO and COO are good drivers for the company Compensation is decent but in the valley its all decent Diverse ethinic backgrounds in IT makes it nice Hours are not bad compared to other companies in the valley

Cons

CIO not a good leader not quite sure how he stays alive Not focused on the customer but instead trying to figure out the system - its embarassing Unfortunately the leaders encouraged the key knowledge holders leave the company without knowledge transfer making it nearly impossible to upgrade the systems without major issues "rookie move" Many of the IT jobs seem to be moving to other locations outside CA - another CIO inititive No clear direction past 30 days - communication is siloed and just focused on today Quality Assurance is laughable
