Pros

Remote work, flexible schedule, team and department management support. It seems other departments are really experiencing a good culture...so it depends.

Cons

Inefficient procedures and lack of communication create stressful environment. Not enough staff for volume of work. The company culture I was sold on is not available to me because there is no time to experience it...too much work is piled on and it never stops.

Work days can regularly be high level stress, pay isn’t up to standards, long days with unrealistic turnaround times, constant change from week to week. C-Suite seems confused on direction.
