      Good benefits but poor people management

      TriNet has a lot of great benefits but…

      Cons

      TriNet has poor people management. Their less concerned with the wellness of their employees and more with appearing they care by adding benefit options to the table, ones the work-load and managers in charge make it impossible to access. HR is no help either, they completely fail to adhere to their code of ethics to promote and foster fairness and justice for all employees and the organization.
