Great training and foundational sales skills. Investment in employees' knowledge advancement. Utilization of complex tech solutions for the complex sale.

Cons

Micromanaging the sales process. Only looking for the diamond in the rough clients. Would rather preserve book of business than increase headcount. Shifting from outside sales organization to inside sales with metric-based goals
