      Company going downhill after reorg in 2020

      Pros

      The people are wonderful, the HR team tries very hard to implement diversity.

      Cons

      People in leadership, especially in client services, are not great at listening to the needs of clients. The company was a mess for at least a year after restructuring the client experience, and nobody took ownership. We had the worst micromanager managing our larger team, and that finally drive me away.
