Open to growth opportunities. Great pay and benefits. Work together for a common goal. CEO is the best and connects the company's vision

Cons

Constant change in the middle of change implementation. Lack of communication from new director. Constantly changing direction and being held accountable when new goals are not being communicated.

- Solid SAAS systems for clientele - Uncapped Commissions - Not Mico-Managed as long as you meet your metrics

Cons

- Inconsistent health benefit pricing for prospective clientele companies without communicated reasoning - C Suite management is seemingly in the clouds, solely focused on short-term stock price movement than long term Strategy
