      Great benefits, pay, 401k, and yearly increases/bonus

      Cons

      Terrible process and they are stuck in the old processing ways. Not much automation which leads to Human mistakes and as the client facing associate you get the blunt force of the client.

      Pay, Insurance, Ability to work from home, twice a year bonuses. Monday-Friday schedule is a huge plus as well!

      Lots of cross country supervision- you have to have work ethic if you want to do well there
