      Pros

      TriNet is a strong professional organization offering ideal solutions for Small Business Owners. It offers a great compensation package for its Inside Sales team. The benefits are Fortune 500. Training is good and well organized. Great positions for a self-driven and self-motivated individual. Great management teams.

      Cons

      Tools although highly technical, yet need to be updated to new technology and better UI / UX. Sometimes management can be over demanding on its goals. This can be a good thing, but at it times can be too much stress on the team. Work / Life balance is too lopsided towards work.

      Leadership not always able to support. Steep learning curve. Sink or swim feeling sometimes. Long hours disconnection with plan vs. Execution
