People, they're good there. Definitely some bad apples too, but decent company.

Cons

Verticalization. Yes it makes sense in a way but poorly executed.

Pros

Commission structure pretty good - a successful salesperson here can make very decent money.

Cons

Very difficult and very expensive product to sell. You'll need to be cold calling all day and if you have one bad month your neck will be on the chopping block. Don't expect coworkers to be much help, in fact they'll probably try to take deals out from under you whenever possible.
