Pros

The healthcare benefits are pretty good. Some people are really nice

Cons

The expectations are unrealistic. People get promoted when they’ve overworked themselves but have no leadership skills. People in mid-management are unprofessional, condescending and vulgar. Same people are nice outside of work, so might be the pressure and lack of skills. Everyone is miserable, every day! And the good people are overworked and tired. If you work until 2am and neglect your family, you would get praise.

Pros

The people on my team. Those who were in the trenches working umpteen hours and being offered more and more money to stay, because after all, that's the only way TriNet can keep employees. Benefits were mighty good, too.

Cons

I left TriNet in 2017 and it was bad then. To see so many 1-stars after 3-1/2 years I'm astounded. I've been in many jobs with many companies over the past 35 years and this is by far the worst company I've ever worked for. The C-Suite is the worst I've worked with in my entire life. Their blatant disregard for anyone, including themselves is astonishing. I was once in a meeting (via phone) where they were shouting obscenities at each other. Children! What I fail to understand is how anyone can give the CEO such a great rating considering the mess every department is in. HE is responsible - the one neck to choke. PLEASE read all the negative reviews here; we're not making this stuff up, then RUN from this place.
