Pros

Benefits. Starting salary (don’t expect big raises). Work from home since COVID.

Cons

Where to begin? If you can kiss the right butts and you are fine with corruption this is your place. The leaders don’t live the “core values”. Us team members are expected to behave all while the upper leaders are unkind, rude, donkeys. If you like uncomfortable conversations about how white men are horrible? This place is for you. If you like voicing concerns with a process to be shot down by an insecure VP who can’t stand anyone making suggestions? This place is for you. If you like to be told to go above and beyond but then when you try to you get told to get back in your box? This place is for you. If you want to receive insults because the leadership assumes everyone is of the opinion of the left? This place is for you. If you like to work for a company that provides to small businesses while simultaneously advocating their destruction at the hand of “peaceful protests”. This place is for you! You heard that right the of several departments, top company, advocates the protests that burned down small businesses all while claiming to be for small businesses. Might not want to bite the hand that feeds you TriNet. Don’t forget to mention complete silence on how the shutdowns impact small businesses. Final thought, do you want to work with leaders who won’t listen to their teams and essentially destroy the operations of the customer facing teams? This place is for you .

Pros

Above average benefits and pay. Great PTO/benefit options/standard 401k match.

Cons

Became a call center rather than actually caring about the clients. Changes are often which can be good but is executed poorly which leads to frustrations. Taking PTO means you fall behind

Pros

Amazing coworkers. So many great people trapped in a lousy environment.

Cons

The executive leadership in this company is horrible. Especially the marketing department. They spend millions on campaigns that basically just feed the ego of the chief marketing officer and offer a bonus structure that pinches pennies to pay for it. Cross department communication is abysmal. The right
