      Good pay, great peers and benefits

      Cons

      New culture and structure for promotions (buddy system). They fire top level leadership for no reason and hire inexperienced replacement without even posting the position for more qualified candidates to apply. This year has been the worst I have seen at TriNet in the Bradenton office.

      Pros

      Company is still in growth mode and offers a lot of opportunity to help build it into something great. Colleagues are definitely collaborative and teamwork is there.

      Cons

      Senior leadership, especially finance, does not take enough time to understand the budget to ensure it is reasonable and achievable. Thus management is constantly having to reprove the need for even backfill headcount, requisitions are stalled and the front line is just expected to do two people's jobs. Environment has become extremely stressful with little true appreciation.
