Pros

Great benefits, decent pay, good bonus structure

Cons

verticalized sales, territory in Texas changes every few months, they're weird with splitting opportunities and now, even if you have an in with a company, and you set up the meeting, you can not sell to the organization. Also, underwriting is tough to get past if your working with a company with a lot of women or people over 60.

Pros

Depending on your region, the people are great. If it wasn't for the people I wouldn't have lasted as long as I did (2+ years)

Cons

Churn and burn when it comes to Sales Consultants. Aggressive hiring to put butts in seats with an expectation of an 18month+ ramp up but most don't last the first year. Very cold sale, not much support from SDR org + partners.
