      The PTO structure, however not sure it could ever be used

      ZERO training! Myself and a few others were thrown into our positions without the promised training and our clients knew it! The ability to fake knowledge only goes so far! Our area is so short handed that the official boot camp training was cancelled three times.

      Culture. Lack of structure. Training. Not a friendly environment. Favoritism. Management remained oblivious to culture changes in the department. Unproductive weekly team meetings (meetings are focused more on personal issues). Very unorganized. No communication or people skills.
