Pros

Great culture, supportive sales mentality, overall phenomenal training. If you are going to be in PEO, this is where you want to be. Clients are happy post sale the vast majority of the time. You are never encouraged to lie or sell the roadmap.

Cons

Internal processes can be frustrating, especially with respect to underwriting business. Keeping a clean pool is tantamount, which from a sales perspective can be inhibiting. Sales tech can be fractured and be a pain to work with.

Pros

Lots of freedom to perform my work without micromanaging. Love my department and my job. Respectful, diverse culture

Cons

Long hours. Some long term employees are extremely rude and downright mean during training. Unless you know someone, it is extremely difficult to move into new positions to help move up. Clueless Human Capital Consultants do very little work and cause issues for other teams. Many people in remote offices take advantage of the lack of onsite supervision.
