Pros

-Flexible work hours -Fortune 500 Benefits TriNet pays 90% of Employee Only -Stock purchase plan

Cons

-Turn over is higher than any company I have ever been with. I've seen 3 people quit and 2 people fired at one office since the beginning of the year. Over a dozen more people company wide. That does not include the offices TriNet shut down and did not say one peep about to the remaining employees. People are leaving in droves, for good reason. -Management are worst micro-managers, even if you are above quota for the year. You will be checked in on every single day. Managers don't look at your calendar and they send countless emails for follow up and to request that you fill out multiple spreadsheets daily to track your activity. -The operations teams that work along side sales puts everything back on sales. Sales has to do everything (and figure it out themselves) although they are not trained on how to run payroll, taxes, implementation, ACA, the list goes on and on. -Implementing a client is a NIGHTMARE. Everything is done down to the last minute, and the Implementation Consultants and Managers are not held to any standard when they deliver poorly (at best). Multiple clients leave after less than 6 months at TriNet. This speaks volumes about how TriNet does not care about retaining their clients, only hitting their monthly, quarterly, and yearly numbers. -This is a company of smoke; change and improvement are promised and yet the only thing that changes is more pressure put on management and the sales consultants to hit their numbers. SOI is being run into the ground and no one seems to care. -DO NOT waste your time at this company. There is no work life balance, you will be micromanaged, and at the end of the day you won't be able to calculate your commission. TriNet does not care about paying it's employees for the work they do.

Pros

Great benefits and PTO plan

Cons

No concern or care for the clients who pay them or the lower level employees who have to keep the clients happy.
