9yThank you for your feedback. Although you are no longer at TriNet, we have made a great deal of changes recently. In fact, we strongly promote transparency at TriNet, and value cross-functional and cross-level communication. Our CEO communicates corporate goals to all colleagues at the quarterly meetings, and these goals are cascaded to everyone by management. With a performance-based culture, our colleagues are constantly evaluated against shared goals and achievements. We wish you luck in your endeavors.
