      Pros

      This company cares for all their employees and that message starts from the top and cascades down. More importantly, the message is turned into positive, impactable actions for their employees and customers. Company took care of their customers during pandemic by supporting them, helping dissect the CARES act, how to manage their employee base, response plans and so on. During pandemic, it 1:1 support to the customer.

      Cons

      Would like to see the company a "little" more aggressive in expanding their customer base in other growing metro areas like Austin, Texas. But, overall no Cons.
