Dysfunctional Team of Managers

Pros

Great benefits if you can ignore being treated very poorly by managers. If you can take excessive amounts of stress, be someone's punching bag and give up your life to work for these people, then this job is for you.

Cons

Poorly organized. One minute you're working like mad on a project for Management, then the next you're being told to move on to another. Never ending stress and demands put on employees. Long hours to meet ridiculous goals. Management, with Napoleon complexes, treat employees in an AUTHORITARIAN manner. I have never been so poorly treated by anyone in a work environment as I was with TriNet. Horrible work environment.

We are sorry to learn about your experience at TriNet. While we appreciate your honesty, we sincerely wish you had taken the opportunity to express your dissatisfaction within the organization so that we may have taken steps to alleviate the problems. We always have an HR Business Partner available to listen to employees’ issues and make every attempt to address any and all issues. Additionally, we have had our anonymous ethics hotline in place as an employee resource for many years. We wish you great success in your future endeavors.

Pros

Can't say enough good things about all my colleagues. I'm on a team of rock stars with an industry leading product in a market that's growing fast. What's not to love about this job?

Cons

The tools, connections, and brand awareness that comes with being associated with a publicly traded company suits me. If you don't like the benefits, options, and network that comes with being in a nation wide company or providing a service that is a game-changer for your clients then, I suppose, you may not like it here.

Thank you so much for what qualifies as a “rave review!” We are, like you, extremely pleased with the quality of our employees and our management team, and their collective commitment to maintaining our status as an engaged and game-changing company that delivers true value “for everyone.” It’s a tall order, but with your help, we are making it a reality every day. Thank you again.
