Regarding transparency, you should be aware by now that TriNet’s executive team has weekly, biweekly and quarterly meetings/events/podcasts open to all colleagues, many of which include open Q&A sessions where leadership answers any and all questions. And colleagues are even able to ask questions anonymously.
