Pros

The people that work at TRINet are amazing. They're supportive and helpful. My direct supervisor is wonderful and recognizes the hard work that we do.

Cons

Not all supervisors are like my current supervisor. Some are hands off and it can be really difficult to work without direction.

While we certainly agree that TriNet employees are, as you say, “amazing,” and we’re gratified that you have a solid working relationship with your supervisor, we are sorry to hear that you feel there has been an unnecessary trimming of “extras.” Perhaps you can take a few moments to itemize the extras you feel you are missing and present them to your HR Business Partner to see what he or she can tell you about them. Meanwhile, we hope you continue enjoying your employment with us for years to come.

So glad you are enjoying your employment with TriNet! As you’ve no doubt discovered, employee satisfaction is as important to our company as customer satisfaction. As to the holiday issue, to meet the needs of our customers and business, you may be required to work on a holiday observed by TriNet (“observed holiday”), if applicable law does not prohibit such a requirement. Non-exempt employees required to work on an observed holiday receive pay at the rate of time and a half for all non-overtime hours worked and in addition, holiday pay for working on the observed holiday. Thank you for taking the time to register your thoughts.

Pros

The company treats their employees great. Compensation, benefits, perks, holidays, etc. The people are nice. Good company culture.

Cons

A lot of internal issues to get jobs/projects done. Makes it difficult, since being in sales, we should be out selling, not dealing with "cases". A lot of reports and mandatory conference calls, which again, is not something sales people should waste their time doing.

It is good to hear that the significant efforts we make toward fostering a great company culture - with great employee benefits - are appreciated. We assure you that those efforts will not cease. We will certainly forward your comments to sales management, and we encourage you to bring your concerns to your management team and/or your HR Business Partner as well. Thank you for your feedback!
