      Pros

      Benefits were good, lots of PTO, good 401k match, flexible work hours

      Cons

      Training wasn't very good, colleagues in other offices could be difficult to work with, sales staff would make promises to customers that couldn't be delivered

      We’re glad to know that we fulfilled your personal needs for PTO, flexible hours, and other benefits, but we regret that you didn’t feel the training you received was adequate. We are constantly creating more robust training and development opportunities to assist our employees both personally and professionally. For example, we offer our Spark! and Ignite! Learning Journeys. Both development tracks include a variety of content - beyond just workshops - that is fully aligned with the company's strategy and business growth.

      Can work from home after ramp up

      Cons

      Overloaded with work, staff have no choice at time but to work through lunch, which is not legal.
