Field Acceleration Specialist
Pros
Great office, benefits, and coworkers. They seem open to an employee working out of any office unless you are sales and tied to a specific region. They have plenty of professional development courses. Job was hourly so you could get the occasional overtime.
Cons
My team and supervisors were located in other offices. Field Accelerations Specialist team tends to be high burn out since its temp to hire. They no longer hire remote employees for this position. They only hire out of the few main offices. I didn't really have issues with management but fear based management was routinely used to describe this department. The work was not challenging whatsoever and they were selective of who got to work on special projects. East coast employees were offered overtime at a fraction to their west coast counterparts.
