We’re sorry to hear you’ve been given the impression that advancement at TriNet is based on favoritism rather than individual accomplishment. This is not our intent. If you have specific examples of this sort of activity, we encourage you to bring them to the attention of your location’s HR Business Partner or confidentially via our Ethics Hotline. You can find that hotline number under Resources on our internal intranet home page. Your HRBP will also be able to steer you toward the appropriate employee development opportunities, of which we have many. Please don’t be shy about accessing your HR Department for any assistance you need.

Yes, this is a company that includes caring as part of our corporate DNA. We even have an initiative called “TriNet Cares” that creates opportunities for the company and our employees to contribute to charitable organizations in our local communities across the nation. So yes, we do care about our clients, our employees and also our communities. It’s hard work, but it’s worth it.
