Not as Great as they Try to Make You Believe

Pros

Great benefits, nice offices to work in, CEO is friendly and as transparent as he can be.

Cons

The sales culture is horrific. They push for numbers by any means necessary, even if it means being dishonest or stepping on colleagues. Management really has no idea what they are doing. They make up quotas and expectations as they go along.

Pros

TriNet is growing faster than they can keep up. Benefits are good, depending on your location.

Cons

The current philosophy is to sell sell sell, but no plan on how to service clients after they are sold on the product.

Thank you for both – your constructive feedback and observations as well as the positive rating. This is exactly the kind of thing we are looking for here on Glassdoor. To address your comment about serving clients: there’s always room for improvement, but please also visit our Intranet and check out the many, many positive things our clients have to say about our service. The growth you mention happens on more than one level. The company is indeed growing rapidly, and we’re doing our best to support and encourage the growth of our colleagues in parallel. With our manager development training roadmap in place, we are confident to strike a balance between fast growth, training and support for colleagues as well as outstanding service to our clients. Thank you again for your feedback.

Involved, multi-faceted and highly technical business offerings such as ours require some time and perseverance to succeed. Some sales personnel refer to it as a “long sell.” We very much appreciate your commitment and your dedication to making it happen. As you’ve no doubt experienced, our clients are generally thoroughly pleased once they start reaping the benefits of being a TriNet client.
