Cons

For an HR company they make horrible decisions regarding who should be promoted to Human Capital Directors and Director of Sales positions.

Pros

The opportunities that are afforded to you at TriNet and in this position specifically are far superior than any opportunities throughout Florida, and the US. The emphasis on personal growth, integrity, and entrepreneurship is phenomenal allowing you to essentially be as successful/unsuccessful as you want. TriNet also invests a lot into you as an employee.

Cons

Too many projects, and incentives can cause confusion and sometimes distract you from the real reason we do what we do, which is to impact small to medium sized businesses in a remarkable way.

Pros

Medical Benefits are amazing. Culture of giving back is awesome.

Cons

Pay is well below industry similar positions. You are expected to work 24/7, without compensation or acknowledgment. Nearly all employees are seriously over-worked. Poor morale was prevalent across all branches of the organization. High level attrition continues the downward spiral of morale.
