      High base salary, benefit options, great commission structure and supportive leadership.

      Cons

      Sales cycle is long and wearing multiple hats. A lot to work to close a deal.

      Great product but terrible company to work for

      good product 6 month commission draw

      extreme lack of diversity across management toxic environment poor leadership from the top down abundance of miscommunication that leaders refuse to own up to questionable management styles favoritism and politics sales process extremely difficult to navigate due to internal complexities sales consultants do 100% prospecting with little to no assistance from sdr’s
